Walking the Original Path
A Guided Nature Experience with Indigenous Wisdom
April 12 | 4:00 PM | Topanga, California
Join us for an intimate gathering in nature, a guided walk along the Summit to Summit trail in Topanga, rooted in presence, reflection, and connection to the land.
This experience is held in collaboration with Mothers of the Amazon and will be guided by Yube Huni Kuin, an Indigenous leader from the Brazilian Amazon, alongside Bane Saleh, environmental strategist and founder.
The walk begins with a traditional opening, acknowledging the land and asking permission to enter — a practice grounded in Indigenous tradition. From there, participants will move through a gentle, mindful walk along the ridge, with moments of silence, observation, and shared reflection.
This is a small, intentional gathering designed to create space for meaningful experience rather than a structured event.
